How to request a refund
To request a refund, reply to the receipt email you received at checkout, or contact us through the in-app Idea Garden page and we'll take care of it. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
After the 30-day window
After 30 days, refund requests are handled at our discretion. You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.
